Ronald "Keith" Howard was a proud Vietnam Era Navy Veteran with well over 40 years working as a United States Air Force civil servant. He loved his family and friends, antique cars, playing guitar, baseball, and fishing. He was a beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather who left us all too soon, but would be happy to know he might have helped others through organ and tissue donation.

Joe served his country as a Military Policeman in the Army Reserve for over 30 years. He loved his family deeply from his wife and children to his grandchildren. In his spirit of service, he gave back to his community with his donation. He will be loved and remembered by all those who knew him.
