Melisa was always giving and caring about others. She was always willing to help others and make sure they were treated with respect and kindness. She had a heart of gold and beautiful soul.

Malisa was a single mother of two young boys who are 19 and 15. She attended college for office management and was posthumously accepted to the veterinary technician school at The Ohio State University. Malisa was always helpful to everyone, and one of her goals in life was to assist those who were battling with drug addiction. Malisa was a caring person and become even more caring later on in her life. She was the one who made the decision to donate her organs to those in need.

Malisa is a hero who left a life-saving legacy through organ, eye and tissue donation.
