Eric loved his family and enjoyed working with and showing his draft horses at local and regional horse shows. His family and friends loved him dearly and miss him every day.

He taught us to live life to the fullest, he was adventurous, kind, loving, funny, witty, intelligent, hard working, and the best father one could ask for. He was selfless and would help anyone in need or who was having a hard time. Donating his organs was his last act of kindness and selflessness even beyond his death. We are honor that he wound always be our dad and an inspiration for others.

This picture was taken in 2010, months after her husband passed away from cancer, and that is his Harley she is sitting on. This was the first time in a long time we had gotten to see her smile, after a long, sad road and the loss of a loved one very dear to her heart. So I, her daughter Christi, hope everyone that has received one of her “gifts” maybe now has a little piece of that smile in them and can’t wait to show people how beautiful their smiles are now, too.
