Randall was a good man, a loving and loyal husband and father, a conscientious employee. He seldom, if ever, did anything “halfway. He was ready to help others when he was able. But in the last months of his life, his ability to do anything was limited. His donation to the eyebank was his final way to help. Randall is a hero who left a life-saving legacy through eye donation.

He was a graduate of Roosvelt High School, class of 1967 and retired rom the Dayton Board of Education with 32 years of service. A member of several social clubs within the city of Dayton. Father of 3, grandfather of 4.
