Jeff was 15 years old when he passed away. He loved to fish and hunt, and he had huge dreams to be in the military or become a firefighter. Jeff was constantly outside exploring. He played football growing up and he also enjoyed watching football. His favorite team was the Bengals.

Jeff is a hero who left a life-saving legacy through organ, eye and tissue donation.
