Carter had a heart of gold and is now in our hearts. He was selfless and enjoyed giving and making others feel special. He loved his family and friends and held them dear to his heart. He was a blessing to this world in his short 18 years and left the earth able to do one of his favorite things, to give. But this time he was able to give the gift of life and that is priceless.
